As the weather has been in limbo lately I’ve really been enjoying pulling on my over the knee boots with short frocks to keep warm. I’ve also been living in my cargo military jacket lately because it goes with almost everything and it adds the perfect touch of menswear to a lady-like look.

Just in time for spring, I bring you the floral phenomenon. Flowers are really making a comeback this spring/ summer. Layer them, wear them head to toe, accessorize with them – floral prints are the new black so dig out all those patterned frocks and flaunt them like they’re hot.

These high-street floral fixations designed by Mary Katrantzou will be hitting Topshop’s around the world this Friday, February 17th. The 10-piece capsule collection features both dresses and separates in an overload of floral fused prints.

“My idea behind the collaboration was to design for the Topshop girl a range that is as close to the aesthetic of my mainline as possible, with great control over the quality of design and production,” said Katrantzu. “I can’t wait to see the Topshop girls in the bowl dresses and for the most daring to see them try the print on print layering!”
