If you know me I love dressing high low and my closet is full of that aesthetic. On a recent shopping trip to Forever (where I was hunting for costume jewelry) I came across this top and shorts that were too cute and too inexpencive to pass up. I actually love these two pieces together so I just played up the accessories on this ensemble and it made for a great summer outfit.
